Parent Education
We occasionally offer guided
lectures/workshops to the parent body. These usually focus on
aspects of the Montessori approach and give parents an
opportunity to broaden their knowledge of the Montessori Method.
We have a good child
development/Montessori library. We strongly suggest you avail
yourself to this opportunity to study an area important to you
and your child’s growth. You may ask for suggestions from staff
for a suitable title.
Community Education
SMMS sponsors four family /
staff socials during the school term. This experience allows
children to observe quality social interactions between adults
and thus provide them with excellent modeling examples.
